Utopia Home Care offers family caregiver classes on a monthly basis throughout its Nassau and Suffolk locations. A trusted name in the home care industry, Utopia provides these classes free of charge as a community service to help support families who may be taking on caregiver responsibilities themselves.
The focus of the instruction will be based off each participant's individual needs, covering fundamental topics and techniques related to their loved one's care. The next class will be held at Utopia's Kings Park office at 1 Village Plaza, Suite 101 on October 12, starting at 9:30 a.m. Another class will be held at Utopia's Westbury office at 95 Post Ave., also starting at 9:30 a.m. on October 12. Please note that these classes are for personal enrichment only; no certificates will be issued.
