Dear Long Islander,

As the summer continues to wind down, the tempertures have been cooling down from the sizzling scorcher we've been experiencing for months. The cool down comes as a relief to many, and the weekend is supposed to be sunny and mild on Saturday - perfect to enjoy the outdoors. Sunday's forecast is not so bright - predicting showers throughout the day. As the dog days of summer are coming to an end, there's still plenty to enjoy, including craft shows, festivals, musicals, and more. Still not sure what to do? Make sure to check out our Events Calendar and the Hot Spots Articles for some great places to go & things to do!
