Fifth Squad Detectives are investigating an Unusual Incident that occurred on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 7:00 pm in Elmont.
According to detectives, officers responded to a 911 call for a vehicle parked on Diellen Lane that had a bad odor emanating from it. Responding officers located the 2016 black Explorer and observed two large deceased dogs in the back seat.
The investigation is ongoing.
