Drink and Boating is DANGEROUS! Please don't do it.

Every summer I hear of tragic stories of boaters drinking and then getting in their boat. Every year some innocent family, child or person dies in the Great South Bay because of this. Please be aware ...boating and drinking is super dangerous, can easily kill other boaters, puts your life in danger and could destroy/beach your boat.
This tragedy reminded me of numerous others from last year, most of which were tied to drinking and boating. I just wanted to post this to remind everyone about how many lives are lost on our shores. Please be careful out there this summer.
Take care! Let's save some lives this summer and make sure to have a DD boat driver! Thank you from all those who love boating on Long Island.
