Authorities Seeking Suspect in Attempted Robbery of Floral Park Bank

Floral Park, NY - December 12, 2017 - The Robbery Squad reports the details of an Attempted Robbery that occurred on December 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Floral Park.
 
According to detectives, a male entered the Citibank located at 215 Jericho Tpke. and approached a teller. He then passed the teller a note demanding money. The subject then fled from the bank northbound on Hinsdale Avenue without proceeds.
 
The male is described as 20-25 years of age, approximately 5’6” with a thin build. He was wearing a black hat, black sunglasses, black jacket with a white shirt and red tie. The investigation is ongoing.
