16 Year Old from Queens Arrested for Flower Hill Burglary

Flower Hill, NY - November 3rd, 2014 - The Third Squad reports the arrest of a Queens man for Burglary that occurred in Flower Hill on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at 8:24 pm.

According to Detectives, a female victim, 60, returned home and discovered a suspicious person in her driveway.  Upon entering her home she discovered the residence had been burglarized and called 911.  Officers responded and when canvassing the area stopped a subject on Port Washington Boulevard. The investigation resulted in a 16 year old Queens man whose identity has not been verified being placed into custody.  The investigation is ongoing.

The defendant was charged with Burglary 2nd degree and Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 7th degree.  He was arraigned in First District Court on  Wednesday, October 29, 2014.
