Suffolk County Police Third Squad detectives are investigating a stabbing that occurred during a home burglary in Brentwood today.
Two men entered a home on Grand Boulevard at approximately 12:40 p.m. and at least one of them stabbed a man inside. The suspects fled in a U-Haul. The victim was transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
There were multiple people inside the home at the time of the burglary. No proceeds were taken.
