Subject Passed Valley Stream Bank Teller Note Demanding Money, Cops Say

NCPD are investigating a Bank Robbery in Valley Stream.

Valley Stream, NY - November 28, 2018 - The Major Case Bureau is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in Valley Stream.
 
According to Robbery Squad Detectives, an unknown male entered the Roslyn Savings Bank, located at 75 N. Central Avenue, approached the teller and passed a note demanding money. The teller complied and passed an undisclosed amount of US currency to the subject, who then exited the bank and fled on foot north bound with the proceeds. 
 
The subject is described as a white male, 20-30 years old, 5’11” – 6’1”tall, thin build, wearing a knit cap, scarf across his face, black jacket, dark pants and shoes.
 
There were three (3) employees and four (4) customers inside the bank at the time of the robbery. No injuries were reported.
