Spooky Fest at The Center for Science Teaching and Learning

Montauk Chamber of Commerce Fall Family Festival

  • What: Montauk Chamber of Commerce & Visit Montauk’s fan favorite Fall Fest weekend is back for its 42nd year of fall themed fun! This event includes an annual Clam Chowder contest (Saturday only), Farmers Market vendors, kid’s activities, local band performances, yummy eats, fall themed activities, beer and wine, a silent auction, and more. Mill Neck Manor's Apple Festival

  • What: The excitement is building, as the 2023 festival promises to be bigger and better than ever. Located on Mill Neck Manor’s 86-acre campus, the Apple Festival draws tens of thousands of visitors who return year after year to enjoy this long celebrated tradition. 2nd Annual Glen Cove Fall Family Festival

  • What: Rescheduled event. This is our 2nd year hosting the Glen Cove Fall Family Festival & it's shaping up to be an extraordinary event! Bring the kids, family & friends for a wonderful time at Simpkins Park. Enjoy free admission, free inflatables & bounce houses, free carnival games & prizes, free photo booth, airbrush body art, kids karaoke, pumpkin patch & more! Cow Neck Peninsula Historical Society's 2023 Fall Colonial Fair

  • What: Join the good old fashioned fun! The Potter will be Potting
  • Wool Spinner Spinning. A Silversmith, a Paper maker, a Beekeeper and more! A real Fire Truck

Fall Festival featuring "Mourning at the Manor"

  • What: Spend the day with the 3rd New York Regiment, including a sheep shearer, colonial demonstrators. Participate in children’s games and fun activities. There will be live music and crafts and food vendors on site. The festival features "Mourning at the Manor". Partake in a Victorian Wake and learn about the strange customs and traditions. Riverhead Country Fair

  • What: 47th annual Riverhead Country Fair. Join as the entire downtown is closed to traffic to provide space for hundreds of different vendors, arts & crafts, farm and home competitions, live music and more. Get more info here.

Famous Food Festival

  • What: “Taste the World” with delectable dishes inspired by countries from all around the globe at the Famous Food Festival. Christmas in October

Bats & Brews Benefit

  • What: Seatuck’s Bats & Brews Benefit, which began as a humble bat lecture, has grown into the organization’s primary annual fundraiser – and one of the hottest tickets in town. The benefit, which is held on the wooded grounds of the historic Scully Estate in Islip, features craft beer from Long Island’s best breweries, an expert bat lecture, live music, beer-friendly food from local restaurants and more. Little Lucy’s 22nd Annual Halloween Pet Parade!

  • What: Little Lucy's will be hosting their 22nd Annual Halloween Pet Parade Festival in Agawam Park Southampton. Produced by Little Lucy's Canine Couture Boutique. There will be costume awards, raffle prizes, food, a live band, dogs for adoption, & much more! $20.00 per dog registration fee. Meet in Agawam Park Southampton. Parade begins after dogs have been registered. (Registration begins at 1:00 sharp). Parade walks down Jobs Lane & Main Street. Then back to Agawam Park for all the festivities. Great Jack-o-Lantern Sail

  • What: "The Great Jack-O'-Lantern Sail will take place on Belmont at dusk. The first 50 carved pumpkins received are placed on flotation devices with battery operated lights inserted inside and sailed around the lake behind kayaks. Prior to the sail, there are children's activities including games, inflatables, funny photos and trick-or-treat stations.
