Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are investigating the shooting of a man in Wyandanch Sunday afternoon.

Wyandanch, NY - September 26, 2016 - Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are investigating the shooting of a man in Wyandanch Sunday afternoon.

David Moore, 33, of North Babylon, was standing outside of 70 South 26th St. when he was shot in the abdomen and leg on September 25 at approximately 4:25 p.m. The victim was transported by Wyandanch/Wheatley Heights Rescue to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, where he is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
