A new taco joint has opened in Lynbrook called Taco Shack.
It’s a simple menu where you can you can choose how you want your meal and make it a taco, burrito, quesadilla, rice bowl, or salad. Build your own or pick from one their many specialties like the Gringo with grilled chicken, cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole and cream, the Allen Street with grilled chicken, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle mayo, and the Suprimo with ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cream. And t A.M. sounds like a great way to start your day with ground beef, bacon, egg, and cheese.
On Yelp, Jewel M gave it five stars.
“My office placed a group order from here for lunch and I went with the Gringo. It was good,” she wrote. “I was expecting a thin Taco Bell like quesadilla..but this was NOT that! It was real! My socks were knocked off! It was thick and heartily stuffed with chicken, guacamole, cheese and tomatoes. They also did not skimp on the chicken or any other ingredients. Portions were great! Can't wait to try their burrito!!”
