The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred at 2:00pm on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from Hempstead and was reported at 8:00pm to Police.
According to Detectives, missing Merelyn Acosta, 15, was last seen on Hewlett Street travelling southbound on foot. She is described as a female Hispanic, 5’3”, approximately 130 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a black colored shirt and black colored pants. Her destination is unknown.
