The Special Victims Squad reports an Arrest that occurred at 2:30pm on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 in East Meadow.
According to Detectives, Defendant Motia Abdallah, 43, of 33 Evans Street New Hyde Park was known by his nickname of ‘Timone’ while employed at the East Meadow Tobacco Shop located at 386 East Meadow Avenue. The Defendant befriended juveniles and did engage in sexual contact with a juvenile male victim, 13, beginning in January 2023 through May 2023.
Defendant Motia Abdallah is charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Act 2nd Degree, Sexual Abuse 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He will be arraigned on Thursday, September 7, 2023 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
