Medford Convenience Store Robbed at Gunpoint, According to Officials

Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred at a business in Medford.
 
A man entered Bolla Market, located at 2664 Route 112, displayed what appeared to be a handgun, and demanded cash from an employee at the counter. The employee complied and the man took the cash, as well as cigarettes, and fled the scene on foot.
 
The suspect was described as a black male, approximately 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall with a thin build, wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants, black sneakers, a black baseball hat and a mask covering his face and nose. He was carrying a black drawstring bag.
