Great Neck, NY - August 31, 2016 - Third Precinct officers report the details of an Unusual Incident that occurred on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 9:30 pm in Great Neck.
According to officers, police were dispatched for an Aided Case at a home in Great Neck. Upon arrival officers discovered a large house party consisting of approximately 400 people, most of whom were underage. Three unconscious persons, two males ages 15 and 16 and one female, 16, who were suffering from severe intoxication, were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The homeowner, Adam Hutt, 53, of Great Neck, was issued an appearance ticket for violating the Social Host Law. He is due in First District Court, Hempstead on September 27, 2016.
