Long Island, NY - July 16, 2018 - New York State Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash on the Meadowbrook State Parkway northbound from the Loop Parkway eastbound that occurred on July 14th, 2018 at approximately 9:03AM.
19-year-old Zachary J Fazekas, of New Hyde Park, was driving his Ducati motorcycle from the Loop Parkway eastbound onto the Meadowbrook State Parkway northbound, failed to negotiate the curve, he was ejected from his motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene.
