Roosevelt, NY - July 8, 2016 - First Squad detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred in Roosevelt on Friday, July 08, 2016 at 1:15 A.M.
According to detectives, two male subjects, armed with handguns, approached a taxi cab driver in front of 120 Willet Place and demanded money. The cab driver complied and the subjects fled the scene on foot through the rear yard of said location, with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No injuries were reported.
The subjects are described as male blacks, both wearing dark clothing and gloves. No further description is available.
