Guac Time opened recently in Hicksville promising Mexican food with ingredients that are sourced from local farmers' markets.
“No matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season,” they promise.
The restaurant is also Halal.
The Hicksville location is in addition to another on 6th Avenue in Manhattan.
The menu features create your own burritos, bowls, quesadillas, and tacos.They also have tacos boxes, three tacos with fish, chicken, avocado, and steak.

On Yelp, Rome N, from Old Bethpage, gave it five stars.
“We [have] been here three times since it opened which was 12 days ago,” he wrote. “I don't think we will be going to chipotle again. It's halal and filling.”
