The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of two (2) Copiague men for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in Freeport.
According to detectives, an investigation was conducted in the vicinity of Guy Lombardo Avenue and Merrick Road. Juan Ponce, 21, and Allan Alvarez, 28, were arrested without incident.
Defendants Ponce and Alvarez are charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree. They were arraigned at First District Court, Hempstead.
