Levittown, NY - February 20, 2018 - The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a missing juvenile that occurred at 1:20 p.m. on Monday, February 19, 2018 in Syosset.
 
According to Detectives, Jillian Kolsch, 15, was last seen leaving the Mercy First Facility of 525 Convent Road on foot, in an unknown direction. She is described as a female white, 5’3” tall, 219 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. Her destination and clothing description are unknown.
 
Detectives request anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the above listed missing juvenile to contact the Missing Person Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
