Pickleball, the fast-paced paddle sport that unites elements of tennis, ping-pong and badminton, has been growing in popularity. As a result, players of the of the sport may have found that locating open pickleball courts has become more challenging. Pickle N Par has made it easier.
Pickle N Par, a brand new indoor sporting facility, recently opened in Melville with four, dedicated pickleball courts. Now pickleball players of all levels have more options when it comes to where to play, in any season or weather condition.
The pickleball courts can be reserved online. Off-peak court rentals (Monday – Friday, open – 5 p.m.) are $35/hour for members, $5/hour guest fee for non-members. Peak court rentals (Weekends / Monday-Friday, 5 p.m. – close) are $40/hour, $5/hour guest fee for non-members.
Private and group pickleball lessons by a certified instructor are also available. Check the Pickle N Par website calendar for beginner clinics, open play times, drill sessions, tournaments, socials and other special events.
Practice golf, too
Want to practice your golf swing? Pickle N Par has you covered with four full swing golf simulators. Enjoy an immersive experience while you work on improving your skills. Practice on the range or choose to play on one of 85 prestigious courses. Play by yourself or with up to three friends for no additional charge. Golf simulators can be reserved online by the hour.
Off-peak rentals (Monday – Friday, open – 5 p.m.) are $45/hour for members, $5/hour guest fee for non-members. Peak rentals (Weekends / Monday-Friday, 5 p.m. – close) are $50/hour $5/hour, guest fee for non-members.
