A Roslyn Harbor man was arrested for public lewdness after allegedly exposing himself outside his home, police report.

The Public Information Office reports the arrest of a Roslyn Harbor man for an incident that occurred on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 6:22 PM in Roslyn Harbor.
 
According to Police, the Defendant Albert Lamotta, 64, was outside of his residence exposing himself when he was observed by a 38 year old female victim. Officers responded to the scene and placed the defendant under arrest without incident.
 
Defendant Albert Lamotta is charged with Public Lewdness. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable on Friday, July 25, 2025, to First District Court, Hempstead.
