Looking for a new place to hang out on Friday nights? How about in the trees at Long Island's aerial adventure park? The Adventure Park at Long Island in Wheatley Heights is hosting Firepit Fridays where you can challenge yourself on ropes courses intermixed with zip lines, and relax after your climb getting cozy by a campfire.
Explore up to 148 treetop platforms connected by bridges, ladders, 22 zip lines, and other crossings. Choose from five different color-coded self-guided trails, ranging from beginner to advanced. You’ll receive a 30 minute safety briefing and practice session before your climb. Firepit Fridays take place from 6 - 10 p.m. Tickets are $46 per person and include up to two hours of climbing.
