EAST HAMPTON, NY - Just in time for the summer season, Rugosa Restaurant is offering a variety of cocktails for its customers to enjoy. Each cocktail is made with freshly squeezed juices and house-infused syrups.
These cocktails include:
— Bees Knees - made with Genevieve Genever gin, Grand Marnier, lavender honey and fresh lemon
— Bourbon Storm - made with Early Times bourbon, ginger-infused elderflower syrup, a dash of Angosura biters and fresh muddled lemon
— Yvette Royale - made with 1+1=3 Cava Brut wine and Creme Yvette lemon zest
— Bellini Martini - a combination of Absolut vodka, fresh pureed peaches, fresh lime, topped with sparkling wine
— Rhubarb Margarita - Don Julio Blanco Tequila, fresh lime, fresh rhubarb-infused simple syrup and house-made sour (Fresh lemon, egg whites and fresh lemon juice)
— Rosa Rugosa - Hendricks gin, fresh lime and cucumber, homemade tonic and a dash of rosehip jelly
— Blueberry Daiquiri - Bacardi Silver rum, fresh muddled blueberries and lime juice
"The cocktails served at Rugosa have a unique flavor that differentiates itself from other bars and restaurants," said Douglas Sheehan, General Manager, Rugosa Restaurant. "All of the ingredients that we add with the alcohol are created in-house. Nothing is from concentrate or store-bought. This will enhance the customer's dining experience on the East End."
