The week of Valentine’s Day is finally here! This week, Long Island is packed with entertainment and activities ranging from Valentine’s Day chocolate baking, karaoke, country and line dancing and more! On Monday, head over to Hampton Bays Public Library for a session on chocolate bark baking and The Nest Bar & Lounge for its karaoke night. On Tuesday, Babylon Public Library has a session on tastes of Mardi Gras and it’s Tacos night at Social Sports Kitchen. On Wednesday, head over to the Nutty Irishman for country and line dancing and The Paramount for a performance by Matisyahu. On Thursday, it’s a special Valentine’s Day screening night of Frederick Knott’s The Tense Thriller, Wait Until Dark at John W. Engeman Theater at Northport. Info: Learn how to bake your own chocolate bark from the Baking Coach. There will be melted chocolate, white and milk with an assortment of candies, sprinkles and more. While waiting for it to dry, you’ll also have the chance to decorate your own bakery box to bring home. Registration required.
