NCPD: Hicksville Man in Custody in Connection with Multiple Nassau County Burglaries

NCPD reports the arrest of Scott Gilmor of Hicksville, 42, for numerous burglaries.

Hicksville, NY - December 10, 2018 - Major Case Bureau detectives from the Burglary Pattern Team and detectives from the Third Squad report the arrest of a Hicksville man for numerous burglaries that occurred in Nassau County.
 
According to detectives, Scott Gilmor, 42, who was identified through the retrieval and review of video surveillance, was placed under arrest for the following commercial burglaries where he forcefully entered the businesses and removed money as well as various electronics.

  • 9/20/2018 at 6:27 am – Post Time Tavern, 892 Old Country Road, Westbury
  • 1/01/2018 at 2:36 am – The Old Country Food Market, 962 Old Country Road, Westbury
  • 11/01/2018 at 4:06 am – E Smoke Shop, 2174 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow
  • 11/12/2018 at 4:12 am – Circle K Deli, 125 Bloomingdale Road, Hicksville
  • 12/07/2018 at 3:00 am – Ralph’s Italian Ices, 633 Old Country Road, Plainview
Gilmor was located on Old Country Road in Westbury on 12/07/2018 at 5:55 pm and was placed under arrest without further incident. He is charged with six (6) counts of Burglary 3rd Degree and was arraigned in First District Court, Hempstead on 12/08/2018.
