Update - February 17th, 2016 - The Major Case Squad reports the arrest of Marcus L. Palmer, 29 of 450 Moreland Road, Commack on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at his residence for the above Robbery.

Palmer is charged with Robbery 3rd degree. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at First District Court in Hempstead.


Baldwin, NY - November 17, 2015 - Major Case Bureau detectives are investigating a Bank Robbery that occurred on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 5:43 pm in Baldwin.

According to detectives, a male black subject entered Capital One bank, 2303 Grand Avenue, approached a teller and handed her a demand note for money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject, who was described as being 6’0” tall with a thin build, wearing a blue hoodie and a fake beard, fled the bank through the rear door in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported during the Robbery.
