Valley Stream, NY - December 6, 2017 - The Robbery Squad reports the arrest of a Brooklyn man for Grand Larceny that occurred on Saturday, April 27, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. in Valley Stream.
 
According to detectives, Guery Roy, 40, fraudulently returned merchandise to multiple Home Depot stores from April 17th until September 13th, 2017, totaling $17,118.00. The locations of the affected Home Depot stores are:
 
The defendant is charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree and Falsifying Business Records 1st Degree. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at First District Court in Hempstead.
