NCPD reports the arrest of Yorlin Solorzano of Uniondale, 23, for an assault that occurred on Tuesday, 11/7.

Uniondale, NY - November 8, 2017 - Third Squad detectives report the details of an arrest for an assault that occurred in Uniondale on Tuesday, 11/07/17 at 8:40 P.M.
 
According to detectives, Yorlin Solorzano, 23, of Uniondale, while having a verbal argument with his roommate at his residence, took a steak knife and stabbed the victim in the chest.
 
Nassau County police ambulance transported the victim, who sustained a laceration to the chest, to a local hospital for treatment.
 
Solorzano is being charged with Assault 2nd Degree, Possession of a Dangerous Weapon 4th Degree and will be arraigned on Wednesday, 11/08/17 in First District Court, Hempstead.
