NCPD: Man Wanted for Breaking Windows at Phoenix Diner in Merrick

NCPD are investigating a Criminal Mischief that occurred in Merrick.

Merrick, NY - October 3, 2018 - The Major Case Squad is investigating a Criminal Mischief that occurred in Merrick on Wednesday, August 01, 2018 at 1:00 am.
 
According to Burglary Pattern Squad detectives an unknown male did cause damage to the Phoenix Diner located at 14 Merrick Avenue by throwing a brick at the building's south side windows and front door window. No entry was made into the building. Damage to building was in excess of 1000 dollars. The male subject was last observed on foot traveling south on Merrick Avenue across Sunrise Highway. The subject is described as being male, white, 5”10” tall, dark shirt, and blue jeans.
