Baldwin, NY - September 2nd, 2015 - First Squad detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred in Baldwin on Tuesday, 09/01/15 at 8:34 P.M.

According to detectives, a male subject, armed with a silver handgun, entered OK Petroleum gas station located at 1270 Grand Avenue, approached the attendant and demanded money. The victim, 64, handed over an undisclosed amount of cash. The subject fled on foot westbound on Westminster Rd. where he got into a dark colored SUV and continued to flee westbound on Westminster Rd.

No injuries were reported.

The subject is described as a male black, wearing blue jeans, gray sweat shirt and a NY Yankees baseball hat. No further description is available.
