The Fifth Squad reports the arrest of an Elmont man for Public Lewdness that occurred on Friday, August 19, 2022 at 1:20 PM in West Hempstead.
According to Detectives, Officers responded to Savers Thrift Store located at 188 Hempstead Turnpike for a male exposing himself in front of three victims, ages 13, 14 and 16. Officers located the Defendant Julian Bassie, 34, of 1328 World Avenue on Osborne Road and placed him under arrest without incident.
Defendant Julian Bassie is charged with (3) three counts of Public Lewdness and (3) three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He will be arraigned on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at First District Court 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
