July 23, 2013 - Mastic Beach, NY – The Mastic Beach Property Owners Association will he holding is sixth annual free-to-the public sunset concert “Music by the Bay” from 6-10pm on Saturday, July 27 at the MBPOA’s Marina One. Since its inception in 2007 the free event has been made possible by a grant from the office of Legislator Kate Browning (WF-Shirley). This past week Legislator Browning handed over a $5,000 check for this year’s concert to members of the MBPOA. The money also helps offset the cost of the MBPOA’s annual Blue Claw Crab Festival.

“‘Music by the Bay’ has become a great annual free event for the residents of Mastic Beach,” stated Legislator Browning. “It highlights the beauty of our waterfront community and helps attract more visitors to the area, which positively impacts our local businesses and shows what Mastic Beach has to offer. I am happy that Suffolk County continues to support the event and make it possible. I hope everyone enjoys the show.”
