Manorhaven, NY - July 23, 2018 - The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Manohaven man for an Assault that occurred on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at 4:00 pm in Manorhaven.
According to Gang Investigation Detectives, a male, 54, was approached by male known as “Oso” and struck in the face with a glass beer bottle. The victim fell to the ground and was struck a second time. The attack was unprovoked. The subject fled the scene.
The victim suffered a laceration to the bridge of his nose and both a contusion and abrasion above his right eye. He refused medical attention.
A thorough investigation was conducted and Christopher Aguilar, 33, a known MS-13 gang member was arrested.
Defendant Aguilar is charged with Assault 2nd Degree. He will be arraigned on Monday, July 22, 2018 at First District Court, Hempstead.
