SCPD: Deer Park Resident Busted by Police for Bay Shore Gas Station Robbery

SCPD arrested Daniel Harrigan of Deer Park, 52, for robbing a Bay Shore gas station.

Bay Shore, NY - July 6, 2018 - Suffolk County Police Third Squad detectives today arrested a man for robbing a Bay Shore gas station on Thursday, July 5, 2018.
 
Daniel Harrigan entered Conoco, located at 195 Pine Aire Drive, on July 5 at 5:30 a.m., approached a cashier, displayed what appeared to be a handgun and demanded cash. The cashier complied and Harrigan fled with cash.
 
Following an investigation, Third Squad detectives and Third Precinct Crime Section officers arrested Harrigan this morning.
 
Harrigan, 52, of Deer Park, was charged with Robbery 1st Degree. He is scheduled for arraignment today at First District Court in Central Islip.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
