Cops: Man Wanted for Leaving the Scene of Mastic Hit-and-Run Crash

A vehicle was struck by a silver 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse driven by a Hispanic man on Montauk Highway, SCPD says.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Seventh Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man involved in a hit-and-run crash in Mastic. 
A 2012 Toyota 4-Runner was struck by a silver 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse, driven by a Hispanic man, on Montauk Highway, near Sterling Place, on June 7 at 6:52 p.m. The driver of the Mitsubishi fled the scene in the vehicle, which did not have any plates on it, eastbound on Montauk Highway. No one was injured in the crash.
