NCPD: Hewlett Man Arrested for Multiple Incidents of Public Lewdness

Fifth Squad detectives report the arrest of a Hewlett man for multiple incidents of Public Lewdness that occurred on various dates and different locations in Nassau County.
 
According to detectives, Marat Blustin, 45, on four separate occasions, while in his car, intentionally exposed himself to female victims.
 
  • July 7, 2018 – While on N. Central Avenue, Valley Stream, exposed himself to three victims
  • April 30, 2019 – While on Willow Avenue, Cedarhurst, exposed himself to one victim
  • May 23, 2019 – While on W. Jamaica Avenue, Valley Stream, exposed himself to two victims
  • May 31, 2019 – While on S. Central Avenue, Valley Stream, exposed himself to one victim
A subsequent investigation by detectives led them to the identity and location of Blustin and he was placed under arrest.
 
Blustin is charged with three (3) counts of Public Lewdness 1st Degree and four (4) counts of Public Lewdness. He was arraigned in First District Court, Hempstead.
