In December, Watershed Kitchen and Bar opened its doors in Jamesport, inside the Bay Breeze Inn, which just opened this past fall. A rustic inn with a main house that dates back to the mid-1800s, Bay Breeze Inn offers views of Peconic Bay on the North Fork, close to Long island wine country.

The North Forker reported that inn and restaurant owner James Mangiacapre created a quiet place to stay and eat, perfecting the menu that features breakfast, brunch and daily items served in an elegant atmosphere.

Breakfast includes omelettes ($15), pork belly benedict, which is braised pork belly, toasted English muffin, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and home fries ($14), and chorizo hash with two eggs ($14). They also serve pancakes, waffles, and French toast. The brunch menu features a chorizo breakfast burger ($16), duck & waffle ($28, and breakfast tacos ($14).The daily menu has starters like wings ($14), Dominican style mussels ($14), and pork belly sliders ($15).
