The First Squad Detectives report the details of a Robbery that occurred on Monday, February 13, 2023 at 8:12 pm in East Meadow.
According to detectives, a male subject entered the Subway sandwich shop located at 1866 Front Street. The subject approached two clerks behind the store counter and displayed a black handgun demanding cash from the register. The male employee, 40, complied and opened the register. The female employee, 36 then gave the subject an undisclosed amount of US currency and he fled westbound on Front Street.
The subject is described as a male black, approximately 5”10’ tall, wearing a blue face mask, white latex gloves, a blue hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants with white stripes and sneakers.
