At the request of the SCPD-Headquarters, a NYS Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued relating to the disappearance of Leslie Bengtson, 82, from Nesconset, NY.

Leslie Bengtson, 82, of Nesconset suffers from dementia and may be in need of medical attention. He was last seen on January 23, 2017. Anyone with information is asked to call 631-854-8400 or call 911.

Nesconset, NY - January 24, 2017 - At the request of the Suffolk County Police Department - Headquarters, a New York State Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued relating to the disappearance of Leslie Bengtson; age 82; from Nesconset, NY on January 23, 2017.

Leslie is an 82-year-old missing vulnerable adult with dementia and may be in need of medical attention. He was last seen in the area of Nesconset Ave., in Nesconset, at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, January 23. Leslie was driving a 2006 gray Honda Civic with New York registration DMS-7999. He was wearing a aqua blue raincoat, jeans, brown shoes and a paisley hat.
