Hollywood and TV Star Alec Baldwin has relisted his Long Island estate for sale on the real estate market, having slashed the price following previous attempts to part with the Amagansett-based property proved unsuccessful.

Baldwin's original asking price for the 10,000-square-foot modern farmhouse was $29 million back when he initially listed it in September 2022; however, he has now slashed approximately $10 million from his asking price, relisting the residence - and its surrounding 10 acres - on Tuesday, January 16, for the bargin-basement (not really) price of $18.9 million.

Baldwin, 65, originally purchased the estate in 1995; the home - located at 335 Town Lane - features seven bathrooms and nine baths, and has since had two additions put in since the "30 Rock" star took possession of it. It also boasts numerous high-end amenities, including a grand kitchen, a movie theater, a private wood-paneled library, and even a wine tasting room.

Saunders & Associates, the realty company representing Baldwin in the sale, has posted a promotional video featuring the actor on their listing; interested individuals can watch "The Hunt for Red October" star wax nostalgically about his love of his Amagansett home and its charming and rustic neighborhood.

“I fell in love with this place the moment I came here. You just can’t get this out here anymore. You can’t buy big pieces of land, especially in Amagansett, that I know of," he says in the promotional video. “I’ve always loved it here. It’s a very, very low-density area and I love coming here. I’m always happiest when I come here, especially this time of year. I love it in the wintertime because it’s so peaceful and it’s so beautiful.”

Baldwin, 65, was born in Amityville and raised in Massapequa.
