Wildwood State Park is made up for 600 acres of undeveloped forest on a high bluff that overlooks the Long Island Sound. Swimming is permitted in the cold waters, as well as paddle boarding. There is also a shaded picnic area and playground.
 
Fishing and hiking is also permitted at this park.
