This 14 year old blind teennager’s dreams came true when he got the chance to play the piano with Billy Joel at Madison Square Garden. Logan Riman performed at the Garden of Dreams Foundation talent show a few months earlier at Radio City Music Hall as “Logan Piano Man”. The foundation then set up a meeting for Logan to attend one of Joel’s sound checks. In the middle of the sound check, Logan was shocked when he was asked to come up on stage to play the piano alongside Long Island’s very own Billy Joel. Billy Joel is a Long Island native who grew up right in Hicksville of Nassau County.

Riman was born blind and his mother, Leah Riman, found that music helped him calm down from a very young age. That prompted his mother to start giving him piano lessons at just two years old! Logan is now a piano prodigy and an inspiration to us all.
