The Second Squad reports on the arrest of a Queens Village man for Public Lewdness that occurred on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 8:12 PM in Syosset.
According to Detectives, a male subject was observed by a 27-year-old female victim standing outside of his vehicle at a parking lot located on Michael Drive with his pants down and exposing himself. The subject was observed again early next morning by the same victim before fleeing the scene. Officers were notified and following an investigation, the subject was identified as defendant Ryan Paul Sabin, 42 of 82-41 211 th Street. Defendant Ryan Paul Sabin was located in New Hyde Park and placed under arrest on Friday, July 18, 2025 at approximately 3:40 AM without incident. Further investigation revealed that he was also responsible for another Public Lewdness incident that occurred on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 in Jericho.
Defendant Ryan Paul Sabin is charged with two counts of Public Lewdness and one count of Stalking 4 th degree. He will be arraigned on Friday, July 18, 2025 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
