The Narcotics/ Vice Squad reports the arrest of two individuals during an overdose investigation that occurred on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 6:33 pm in Woodbury.
According to Detectives, an investigation into a fatal overdose of a Nassau County resident, led to the arrest of Terrell Nesbitt, 29, of 667 Woodfield Road, West Hempstead and Jamice Lattimore, 21, of 9 Hillman Place, Roosevelt.
Detectives placed the defendants under arrest without incident.
Defendant Terrell Nesbitt and Defendant Jamice Lattimore are charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3 rd Degree. They will be arraigned on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at First District Court 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
