The Sarah Grace Foundation For Children With Cancer, Inc. is a not-for­-profit charity dedicated to improving the quality of life of children with cancer and their families. Our Foundation honors the memory of Sarah Grace Weippert, who lost her courageous battle with Leukemia at 12 years old. While working with social workers at the pediatric hematology/oncology departments of local area hospitals, we are able to identify families in need; we routinely provide a holiday party, sporting event tickets, financial aid and funeral expenses, and books for book carts dedicated in Sarah’s memory at each hospital. 

Each child is different, individually preferring a toy, craft, concert or ballgame tickets, or some other pleasure unique to them. Our organization provides whatever is the child’s wish to make their journey more bearable as well as providing comparable wishes to any sibling because they should not suffer or be denied anything because of their sibling’s illness. Additionally, we provide financial or other assistance to the family so all their efforts can be focused where they are most needed, to care for their sick child.
