It’s going to be a weekend packed with festivals on Long Island! We’re talking about the Long Island Scottish Festival and Highland Games, the Riverhead Railroad Festival, the Long Island Maritime Museum’s Annual Seafood Festival, the Blue Claw Crab Festival and other fun events like the Shelter Island Chamber Of Commerce Duck Race and the Heirloom Tomato Tasting event at Hallockville Museum Farm. Who: Marvel Universe Live At Nassau Coliseum
Info: Enjoy a show featuring top Marvel universe superheroes! Superheroes featured include Spider-Man, Iron Man, Hulk and others. The show includes cutting-edge special effects, pyrotechnics, aerial stunts, martial arts, motorcycles and more. The show continues through Aug. 24th at Nassau Coliseum.

Who: Wizard Of Oz Presented By Ovations Dance Repertory Company At Patchogue Theatre For The Performing Arts
Info: Enjoy a performance with Oz characters coming to life in an adaptation of the famous classic. The scores include “Over the Rainbow,” “Ding Dong! The Witch is Dead,” “Follow the Yellow Brick Road,” “If I Only Had a Brain” and more!

Who: Long Island Maritime Museum’s Annual Seafood Festival
Info: Enjoy the sights, sounds, tastes and history of Long Island’s great south shore at this festival for the entire family. In addition to a variety of seafood offerings, enjoy live performances on the main stage with notable acts, children’s activities, live pirate shows, public sails aboard the historic Oyster Sloop Priscilla and vendors from around the country.

Who: Blue Claw Crab Festival At Mastic Beach Marina
Info: Come out to enjoy fresh steamed shrimp, crabs, crab-cakes, clams on the half shell, beer, wine and soda! The festival will also include music and dance performances, children’s activities like face-painting and sand art, and a large selection of food vendors.

Who: Shelter Island Chamber Of Commerce Duck Race
