Adoption fees waived all weekend for approved adopters.

Port Washington, NY - December 7, 2016 - In an effort to encourage adoptions for even more animals over the holiday season Beth & Howard Stern, and a small group of friends, have set up a fund to pay the adoption fees for all approved adopters all weekend until the cages at North Shore Animal League America are empty.

Adoption fees will be waived from Friday, December 9th – Sunday December 11th from 12 pm – 8 pm for all approved adopters.

Almost 300 adorable and adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens facing euthanasia have been rescued locally from the New York Tri-State area as well as from across the country including a recent rescue of small breed puppies and dogs rescued from deplorable conditions in the Midwest.  Help them all find loving homes just in time for the holidays!

When: Friday, December 9th – Sunday, December 11th from 12 pm – 8 pm
