Suffolk Police Seeking Suspects in Shooting that Injured Two Men in Shirley

SCPD are seeking the public’s help to locate the individuals involved in a shooting in Shirley. The suspects were in a white two-door Mercedes Benz convertible.

Shirley, NY - November 8, 2017 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Seventh Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the person or people involved in a shooting that injured two men in Shirley earlier this year. 
 
Two men were shot on Puritan Lane on August 19 at approximately 10:40 p.m. One man was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries and the second man was transported by ground to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
 
The suspect or suspects were in a white two-door Mercedes Benz convertible at the time of the shooting. 
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
