The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Homicide that occurred on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 5:35 AM in Hempstead.
According to Detectives, Hempstead Police responded to 911 call at 45 Jackson Street for a male bleeding in the stairwell. Upon arrival officers observed Marlon Rivas-Aguilar of Freeport, 53, bleeding and unresponsive.
Rivas-Aguilar suffered apparent puncture wounds from an unknown subject and was pronounced at scene by medical personnel.
The investigation is ongoing.
